Strategic Asset & Portfolio Management

We deliver disciplined investment management across the Angola-Gulf corridor, structuring vehicles that protect capital while pursuing returns that reflect the true potential of the markets we operate in.

Grounded in rigorous on-the-ground research and robust analytical frameworks, our team builds focused portfolios, monitors risk with precision, and makes data-backed decisions aligned with each partner's objectives and long-term vision.

This approach enables family offices, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals across Africa and the Gulf to access a corridor of exceptional opportunity — with the clarity, confidence, and local expertise it demands.

Our History

Njinga Mbande was Angola's most celebrated strategist and diplomat — a leader who spent her life forging alliances across borders, negotiating from strength, and moving decisively in environments that demanded both intelligence and courage. She did not wait for the world to recognise Angola's value. She commanded it.

In 2026, a group of financiers with deep roots across Africa and the Gulf came together around a shared conviction: that the alliance between African and Gulf capital was not merely an emerging trend but a structural reality that the financial world had failed to properly serve. They founded Njinga Asset Management Group to change that — building an institution with the mandate, the networks, and the on-the-ground expertise to formalise and fortify that relationship at an institutional level, and to ensure that the capital flowing between these two corridors was structured, disciplined, and built to last.

NJAMAG was established at a moment of genuine structural shift — Angola's capital markets maturing under the oversight of the CMC, Gulf sovereign wealth and family office capital actively seeking diversified emerging market exposure, and a growing class of African entrepreneurs and businesses in need of sophisticated financial partners rather than transactional lenders. Our founders saw the convergence of these forces not as a future possibility but as a present reality, and built NJAMAG specifically to operate at its centre — a firm designed from the ground up to bridge two of the world's most dynamic and underleveraged corridors.

The name was not chosen lightly. It carries a legacy of strategic ambition, cross-border vision, and the refusal to be underestimated. Those are not just values we admire. They are the principles by which we operate.
